2024 TASKE Software Now Available

TASKE has released 2024.03 of TASKE Contact for Amazon Connect

This release includes numerous new features including support for timezone reporting, addition of the Contact Events Kinesis stream which will provide enhanced contact details in our reports as well as the ability to filter all dimensions of reports by a start and end time.

We strongly encourage all our subscription service customers to upgrade to this latest release as soon as possible to ensure you continue to receive the best possible TASKE Contact experience.
